Fannie Cakes has been the best kept secret for the past 12 years. We are a retail bakery preparing homemade goodness from scratch ready to delight your palate. Our cakes and desserts are full of flavor, moisture and quality ingredients. We take no short cuts and make sure that all of our desserts warm your souls with grandmas goodness.

We are home to the "Original Sweet Potato Cake." It took 2 years to perfect our signature cake that taste just like a Sweet Potato Pie.  Our customers can't get enough of this moist dense cake filled with spice, pecans and a whole lot of love.

Fannie Cakes is dedicated to my grandmother, Fannie Mae Smith. Grandma Fannie did everything with love for everyone she came in contact with.  She loved making other people happy and her spirit led me to begin baking with love and making souls happy with scratch baked desserts and pastries.   No boxes and nothing artificial.  All of our cakes are made to order in small batches and never frozen.  We specialize in "Little Fannie Cakes" for your individual pleasure and indulgence.  We offer customized cakes as well for special occasions. 



Our twist on traditional desserts is what makes our product stand out.
